I have all the time been contented with the Masjid Tanah Cendol until I tasted Auntie Koh's Cendol of which I rated the overall cendol one notch above the Masjid Tanah cendol after my visit to the stall. I was however relief that I can get good cendol nearby instead of having to drive all the way to Masjid Tanah.

Best Nyonya Laksa found at Bess Kopitiam Restaurant in Malacca
Maybe by virtue of the fact that the best nyonya laksa can be found at Bess Kopitiam is easy to remember if not for the tricky spelling of the Kopitiam.

This seems to be the most popular English tea house in Tanah Rata, probably because it is referred to by the Lonely Planet. The place has a lovely ambiance, almost English like. On one side, it has a beautiful scenery but on the other side there is a newly constructed monstrosity in the form of a bus terminal. Arrived at the restaurant at it’s peak hour where almost all of the tables are occupied. Service was rather slow at that time.

When one think of snow, one think of soft cold ice. Almost all ice kacang and cendol places I have been serves shaved ice which is rather coarse. So ‘soft’ does not come to mind when having ice kacang (and cendol).

This would conclude the trilogy of the best rojak in the core Damansara area that I know of. The best fruit rojak I know of in the Damansara area with my personal ranking are:

2. Damansara Heights (DH)
3. Damansara Jaya (DJ)
